Information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003.

With the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, containing provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects concerning the processing of personal data, the company FQR FRATTINI, with registered office at Via per Borgomanero, 71 - 28010 BRIGA NOVARESE (Novara), Italy, in its capacity as the "Data Controller," is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data.

This decree governs the processing of personal data, which includes any operation or set of operations, carried out even without electronic means, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database.

Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, provides that "the data subject" or "the person from whom personal data are collected" must be informed in advance, orally or in writing, of the following.

Source of Personal Data

The voluntary, explicit, and optional sending of email messages to the addresses indicated on this website results in the acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. No personal data of users is intentionally acquired by the website.

All collected data will be treated confidentially and in compliance with the applicable regulations.

The company undertakes to process personal data lawfully and fairly, to collect and register them for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and to use them for further processing in terms not incompatible with these purposes. It also commits to ensuring that the data is accurate, up-to-date, relevant, complete, and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected or subsequently processed, and to retain it in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.

Please note that the company does not request the provision of data defined as "sensitive" under Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003.

Article 4, paragraph 1, letter d) of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, defines "sensitive data" as personal data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical, or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, associations, or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political, or trade union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing health status and sex life.

Such data may be processed only with the written consent of the data subject and prior authorization from the Data Protection Authority, in compliance with the conditions and limits established by Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, as well as by law and regulations.

Purpose of Data Processing

The personal data of the data subject will be processed within the normal business activities of the company, and the processing will be aimed at fulfilling legal obligations and/or contractual obligations in which the data subject is a party.

The processing of the personal data of the data subject may also be aimed at carrying out promotional and marketing operations by our company.

Nature of Data Provision

The provision of personal data necessary for these purposes is optional, but refusal to provide such data may result in:

  1. The company's inability to fulfill specific legal obligations and/or contractual obligations in which the data subject is a party.
  2. The inability to conduct promotional and marketing activities by our company.

Methods of Data Processing

In relation to the specified purposes, the processing of personal data is carried out using manual and computerized tools, with logic strictly related to these purposes, and in any case in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data.

Categories of Recipients to Whom Data May Be Disclosed

To conduct its activities, the company will disclose personal data of data subjects only and exclusively to recipients strictly related to the purposes outlined in point 1) and to entities to whom communication is required by law.

Entities belonging to the categories to whom data may be disclosed will use the data as "controllers" under the law, independently of the original processing carried out by the company.

Rights under Article 7

Furthermore, we inform you that Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, grants citizens specific rights.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

The data subject has the right to obtain: a) The origin of personal data; b) The purposes and methods of processing; c) The logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) The identifying details of the controller, the managers, and the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) The subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State’s territory, managers, or appointees.

The data subject has the right to obtain: a) The updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of data; b) The deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) Certification that the operations under letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in relation to the protected right.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) For legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) To the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for conducting market research or commercial communication.
